The 2026 Mostly Annual Chili Contest is ON for Saturday, March 21!

Please be prepared to serve up to 200 people, 2 oz at a time, this would be about 2 gallons of chili.

If you are using a crock pot, please bring an extension cord. There is plenty of power available.

Chafing dishes and sterno available upon request.

Feel free to bring your own decorations and toppings and/or sides for your chili.

WE WILL PROVIDE:

2 oz. portion cups to serve the chili, spoons, napkins, a 6' rectangular table and a chair.

Voting will be by People's Choice. Everyone gets one ballot.

Best Overall Chili wins a cash prize of $250!

Minkle Boys Catering has a weekly menu available if you need more than chili to whet your appetite.
