GREETINGS, VENDOR FRIENDS!

We will be lining the entire perimeter of the park with vendors surrounding the Bandshell this year and also across Onset Ave in Bay View Park.  See map below. Each square is a 10' x 10' spot. It will be marked on the grass with a number you will receive after I map this all out.

Spaces 1-18 will be along Union Ave 

Spaces 19-52 will be along Onset Ave. 

Spaces 53-79 will be along Waban Ave

Spaces 80-100+ will be in Bay View Park where the Gazebo is located, across Onset Ave

Arrival Time on 9/28/2024 is 6 a.m.

Vendor cars MUST be moved to Vendor Parking by 9:45 a.m. to accommodate for the incoming car show that will be lining Onset Ave and filling the Pier parking lot. 

Free Vendor parking is available at the former Hammond School, inside the chain link fence, located behind the tennis courts on 10th St. There will be signs and volunteers to guide you. It is kitty corner across the street from the Festival grounds and a quick walk. 13 Highland Ave

Departure time:

Begins at 5:00 p.m. Please pack up all your things BEFORE you get your car to load out. It's going to be a little hectic. There will be volunteers to keep an eye on your wares.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 

Antique/Classic Car Show presented by The Rusty Nuts Car Club of Wareham... PARTICIPANTS; Please arrive before 10 a.m. Space is limited to 300 cars. Dash Plaques for the first 100 cars! FREE admission!

Over 100 Craft, Merchandise and Service vendors will line the perimeter of Prospect Park (where the Bandshell is) AND across Onset Ave in Bay View Park (where the gazebo is) See map below...

RESTROOMS-Are available on the Town Pier/Harbormaster's Office and also in Prospect/Bandshell Park up on the hill by the Bayside Condos. There will also be a number of ADA accessible port-o-potties available on the Pier.

FREE PARKING:

Limited street parking available (Please, be mindful of Residential/Permitted areas! You will get a ticket)

Temple Lot on Union Ave; Hynes Field, next to Chuck's Auto (281 Onset Ave); Lopes Field (behind the playground at 248 Onset Ave)
